Foray into hospitality

The group has diversified into the hospitality sector and we are in the process of creating a new vertical for this. Our first project is a guest house on Southern Avenue in South Kolkata, which is under construction. We have also acquired land to develop a budget hotel in Puri in Orissa. We want to concentrate on the three-star segment and will replicate this model across the country.

Mining & infrastructure

The Multiple Group is in the process of acquiring land rich in copper ore in Zambia and it will set up a copper smelter plant there in association with MPA Financial Services, its Indian partner. In the infrastructure sector, we will participate in building roads, government housing projects, also with MPA Financial Services, and other public-private initiatives in Zambia.
